The year of 1110 has finally arrived and shall be met as usual on:

6th Feb - Winter Feast at St Briavels (somewhere in S. Wales, YHA camp)

With our minds refocused a meeting of the faction has been arranged on:

12th - 14th Mar - Parliament at Horley Scout Camp (Location of last Easter event)

Then the main season is upon us with gatherings on the following dates:

30th Apr - 3rd May - Spring Moot

28th - 31st May - G.E.F.

6th - 8th Aug - Summer Moot

27th - 30th Aug - The Gathering

I hope this information is helpful to all who need it

Hrm... I need to try and make some of these!

Feb may be a bit too soon, though attending some faction events could be pretty cool if i can make it.

The main events are too far in advance for me to make plans on but would deffo like to attend... summer could be difficult as I'm (hopefully) going to be busy with internships

If yo ucan get to a faction event, go! Normally monstering is free or only a £5, and it's great fun. If we can scab a lift of anyone going (and we're not at Ian's birthday do, as dates are yet to be decided for that) then we will be going to the Easter event.

Hang on - just checked the calender. The 12th to 14th of March isn't the easter weekend. Is this a mistake, or have they changed the dates? Or am I confusing the parliment with the usual easter event? I can't remember if it was called the dragons parliment last year, I just called it the dragons event. So, could someone please enlighten this ignorant person?

It is the Parliament for the Dragons, this is generally a speaky thing with games thrown in for frivolity.
There is a relaxed atmosphere, unlikely to be much in the way of fighting (but who knows with plat as it is at the moment Twisted Evil )

Usually Parliament is in October, this changed as we needed a campaign event then due to impending doom. So the usual Easter campaign is now replaced with this seasons parliment so we can still have one before the main 4 events.

As for it not being on Easter weekend; it doesn't have to be would be the short answer. It is just when they can book the scout camp for and what would be the best date for them to have it on.

Hope that helps, any other questions?
