Hi All Agenda Items below please. A title in bold and a two line(ish) description beneath each item please. If you want one raising but dont want anyone to know you raised it pm me or Tess and we will add it for you.

Necessary expenses for 2012, e.g. domain name
Other potential uses of money: compensating people buying stuff for use at club - is this still approved?

Minimising meetings is the best plan, I vote we don't talk about con's as that could take a lot of time, reading about cons on the forum is a better outlet.
Maybe a brief encouragement for people who don't use the forum to sign up, with con's as an example of things you might be missing.

OK then, how about a brief comment to make sure people are aware that conventions will be advertised on the forum, so they should keep an eye on it. _________________ Matt / paz
