True, but I think enough of us own carcassonne for us not to need another for the club.

People might however want to buy it for themselves!

I not with humour that amazon has started qualifying their prices for boardgames with £/oz.  Apparently powergrid is £0.42/oz and Carcassone is £0.43/oz! that means that Powergrid is actually cheaper per ounce than Carcassone! This tells us....something about their relative values? Or something?
