Covered in 2 layers of canvas and 1 of the brown material we use. 2m alu for the plates.

Cost will be

Metal Free
Material approx£15
approx 200 Rivets approx £14
Sewing Thread approx £4
needles, jigsaw blades etc approx £5
my time ?

I will need off you all of the #3 measurements from this website

I will make it adjustable but it will still need a couple of fittings.
