Ok so today's installment of "game changing rule I missed" is..
during the redeployment phase, you can move all newly placed units up to a normal move, through friendly territory only.
this includes placing new units on ships and making immediate landings.
Might make the centre island more interesting, and makes those 1 move units a bit better.
