We had some discussion the other night about most of our characters picking up a sprinkling of Knowledge skills next level. It might be helpful know what bases we have covered so far and which ones everyone plans to pick up at levelup, so that I'm not taking ones that are redundant, at least at first. I was looking at taking two of: Dungeoneering, Geography, History, or Nobility. Anone else have any of these already?
Having more than one character with a knowledge skill is never a bad thing. Considering my rolling at times I'd like to know someone else stands a chance of rolling a success when I fail.
And with regards to skill choices, I'm working bit by bit on what I would consider background stuff. I've got a back story for my character but as per usual cant point by my background at level 1 so have to do it leveling up.
But for reference
Spellcraft 2
Arcane 1
The Planes 1
Religion 1
And probably going to pick up engineering and nature too at some point.
I've already taken Local at first level, and going to take Dungeoneering as they're the two I'll get a Class Skills bonus in. (And of course having been almost engulfed by the giant amoeba in our second adventure, Gretta will want to know more about the critters she's likely to encounter in future delves!)
Oh, and in terms of Linguistics, Gretta has Common, Elven, Tien, Kelish, Varisian and one more at next level. Does anyone have any suggestions? (furthermore I have a Rogue Talent to pick, one of my available options is Guileful Polyglot which will give me four more languages. I'm tempted to try to learn all the languages.....)

Alright, I picked up Dungeoneering (as I have a trait bonus from Tomb Raider) and History. For languages, I have Common, Hallit, Tien, Osirian, and just picked up Draconic with linguistics. In my experience with other campaign settings, lots of things speak Giant, so I'm thinking of making that my next one.
