Hi all,

I'm running my own setting 'Leviathan' on Monday night. It's a low magic 'dark-ages' and brutal type setting using the BRP rules (RuneQuest,Call of Cthulhu, BRP Rome) and details dark adventures, struggles against terrain and nature, nastier creatures than usual, and it's all overshadowed by an approaching war.

Below is a rough mocked up map of the continent itself made up of the 6 distinct regions.

I currently have one  confirmed attendee, 1 probable, and 1 loose maybe. I have space for 6 players in total so if you're interested please let me know in the comments below.

I'm up for it

Assuming this was the one shot you were talking about last week.

Thanks to all who took part in tonight's game. I had a blast!

The PC's got to drink ale, meet a Titan, face off a human thrall for trolls and then kill said trolls (but not before losing 2 party members).

A sword thrust to the gut saw off the troll chief. The party then left with a lot of gold and jewels. Hurrah!

Not sure what I'm running next week... Far Dominion (flintlock fantasy) or  a Wallander scenario most likely.

This is exactly the sort of thing that should be going in the newsletter - do you mind if I put it in?

Note to any magic users who are on the rather naughty side of the moral divide... Don't stick your leg out where Mike's character can stick a nasty arrow into your ephemeral artery and laugh from a distance while you expire wretchedly on a damp cave floor. Just sayin'.

To be fair he was going to take the first arrow if I hadnt tried going down that side corridor and switched to sword. Once he showed himself as a mage, well that was it, didnt fancy risking him running around for longer.
