There was alot of interest last night in the possibility of another Booster Draft.
So I thought I'd kick of discussion by proposing a date (the next bank holiday).
Sign up below and let's see how many are interested.
.
Sadly you kinda need to be a club 'regular' (I need to know who you are, if I'm going to do the fork out for a Booster Box/money thing). _________________ Mass Effect 3 ending: WTF was that???
I think that we would be theoretically interested, or rather at least one of us would be able to come along. I'll have a chat to Shell and see what we think.

Stuff to be worked out:
1. How we buy the packs.
2. Which set?
3. 1 or 3 rounds in each duel.
Anything else?
I’ll put up a poll for how we buy the packs first.
If we keep this as the sign up thread/general discussion thread, and keep the other threads specific to their topic, that would be delightful . _________________ Mass Effect 3 ending: WTF was that???
I personaly would prefer not to use the same set as last time.
I also think it would be better to buy them as a collective rather than 3 packs each but I do not mind between those 2 options.
Rather than playing it as a knockout, would it be easier to run the tournament in a league style, as in, every-one plays one game against every other person, gets points for a win and the person at the end with the most points wins?
I think that might be fairer, so that people don't get knocked out after one bad game, but it might take longer. Some-one more intelligent than me would need to think about the logistics of it.
Both Shell and me would be interested in joining in, but we need to find out if we can find a babysitter for that evening. If we can't then one of us will definately be along.
Edit: Oh yeah, suggestion number 2: When it comes to selecting a set, should we perhaps go for a set from the begining of a block? The set from last time was from the middle of a block, and it felt like there were a lot of cards that relyed on mechanics and card types that were not actually very common in that particular set. In my experience (although this is mostly from several years ago when I was playin more regularly), The sets at the start of a block seem to be more well balanced and the cards have a bit more variety.
