Here at my work we get a lot of old books. Some of them are big and bound and pretty and old looking. Now I'm not sure if LT is set in a literate society or if any tomes would look very different from early c20th ones, but since all these old books end up on the recycling pile anyway, would they be of any use to role players?

They are in my department at work, on sale to students, for 20p each. There are some real gems here, among the 70s paperback colours. They look old and pretty but are academically useless. If I spend a squid on the best ones tonight, you can buy them off me.
