right, easter is 3 weeks away now so we need to start deciding who is taking what.
Shelly and matt said they are cool taking themselves and there own stuff, is that still ok?

Drivers
Ian
Josh

Lifts Needed.
Geoff
Daz
Aaron
Gav
Giulia
Matt (hairy)
Leigh (??)

A small van can still fit 3 people in.  I am still trying to lend a car for the week also. Money wise it would be better for us to go for a small van and i really think we will get 90% of our stuff in it.

VANS WILL NOT BE BOOKED UNTILL EVERYONE USING IT HAS PAID.

Ian your thoughts? (time is runnin out)!

We cant do the Van as no one will pay for it. Travel arrangmeents are as below. Mat and Shell might be willing to take more then 2 as they have a slightly larger car but its up to them. I will only take one passenger as will Josh. Neither of us are willing to overload the car. No Geoff as he didnt get the time off.

Ian & Matt (hairy)
Josh & Daz
Mat & Shell
Lifts Needed.

Aaron
Gav
Giulia
Leigh (Dont think he is coming)

ok so all the people who where unwilling to chip in on a van are the ones who get the lifts?

Thats how it looks. Had to make the point

I am still trying to organise things for sure from this end. Hopefully one of them will be ok to drive up.

How are we on the weapons front?

We have a metric CENSORED load of weapons, more then enougth. Mat and Shell said they may be willing to take more in their car if they will they can take someone else.

if not return tickets are £45 on the train and we can transport kit. However it is a bank holiday.

Hey,

We can probably fit one other person in - depends on how much they have as kit, but it's an almost definate. Aaron, how would you like to come with us? I enjoyed our trip back from conception together (and the exhaust has now been fixed!)

You will definately need basic kit for monstering, if you have a couple of different styles of kit that owuld help - you may want fighty, talky, a bit of both, etc etc. Also I suggest gloves (and spare if you have them) extra underware (especially socks) and extra layers. Last year was VERY cold, and while it's later in the year thjis year, there's always the possibility it could be very wet, thus requiring extra sets of clothes.

We can fit lots in the car - only problem will come if you have 3 (or so) bags of kit on top of weapons and tent - car is large, and we can fit all our stuff in the boot with some spare space, so tent can go in boot too, weapons sit on top, but your kit will probably be in the spare back seat, and there may be some extra overflow, so keep in mind!

You want a lift?

there is no way that my people will be ready in time, been trying to pin them down about it for a while and as they still havent had a chance to get the feel for it then i will take the lift. I wont be having anywhere near that much, i'd guess a tent, sleeping bag and 1 and a 1/2 bags ish
