Miniatures - not the full on warhammer level, but a bit of choice to have a personalised character for a game.

T-Shirts

I dunno if getting in a selection of computer games would be worthwhile, but you may find that brings in the WOW players on the verge of moving into sociable RPGs

Other: Puzzle games - wooden specifically, but you know the kind of puzzle, put things together games which are fun, and good for gifts. I gave a bit of thought at one point to the idea of opening a games shop, and came up with the thought that you'd have to appeal to a wider audience than people who are already into games, so you'd want things like the nice wooden puzzle games and other smaller, silly games which are good for presents.

Im pretty sure that to do food/drink you need various licences.  Prob worth looking into
