What is better for people out of these two dates for kitmaking? We should have the tents by then so will know what we need and we have time to order the stuff we are short on. It will be a full day. After that date it is unlikly I will be available much before the Gathering.

What I think we aim for

Lighting sorted (Hour or two and some electric shocks)
New banner (Hour or two with sewing machine)
Shields repaired and replaced (Couple of hours and then several coats of late x)
One Water Bottle Holder each (bout an hours work for one, anyone can do and we have all the stuff)
Josh Armour finished (Will need to be worked on before then)
