Planning on this for any newbies that are joining and need heavy for the body. Can be made from 1 layer of leather and 1 of brown fabric or 3 layers of canvas and 1 of brown. Canvas is cheaper and cooler but wont last as long.

Plates can be made out of in order of preference steel ali or plastic.
