As some of you may be aware, the catch on the money box broke last monday.
WHSmiths is selling a similar box for about £8. (no other shop in Chester seems to sell our size of box, but some of the other shops sell the next size up for less the WHS does)
I wanted to make sure I'd spoken to you guys to see if this was acceptable before replacing it.

Its "essential" for the running of the club, buy it and leave the receipt in the book

Bought the new box for £8 and kept receipt as instructed.

The current kity stands at approx £63 in the box and the deputy treasurer carries £50.

I will pass one of the keys for the new box onto the deputy treasurer at first opotunity.

Just to remind everyone that the fees are going back up to £1 from the coming Monday. "Newbie freebie" is still in affect.
