Ok so when we voted for someone to collect the money every week, be a secretary and manage the web side of things, it wasn't clear at the time that these people would form a committee that will be making decisions on behalf of the club.

At the moment I'm not complaining, or saying anyone is doing a bad job but if an unpopular decision were to be made in the future there is a legitimate case that the elected officials are taking on roles above and beyond that which we thought we were electing them for.

Major decisions have all been made by public vote so far which is how it should be but if the committee is meeting and deciding things we should all get to know what they are and be allowed to question them.

At the moment i see no reason not to wait untill the 12 months is up before doing anything but it would be good if the committee roles were made clear at voting time.

No decisions were made in the comitee apart from how we would go about organising events in the future and some questions of moderators for the forums. All major decisions will still be made based on public votes.

We needed to have a chat as some of the recent events we have organised have devolved into personal attacks and petty arguments for no good reason. This we will not accept.

Wait for the minutes to come out. Its not that it was secret or anything, we just didnt want people hearing stuff at different times and misinterpreting what was said.

If these personal attacks could be specifically highlighted I think that would help everyone involved. Mainly because words can be interpreted and read as possitively or negatively as people want them to be. I read every post that has ever been put on here and I can't say i've ever seen something I would call a personal attack, just want to be sure that everyone is on the same page.

Id rather not have these attacks highlighted because its not fair on the peron who wrote them, and the person they were directed at.
