EGM Agenda 5th SeptemberBig Jamie hugs for Gilehclub cliquishness/We are entirely unwelcoming to newbies - I have not seen a problem and only two people have raised it, I want the new people(of which we have plenty) to talk to tell us how they feel Use of club money - what is it for, currently its used to run the club as agreed at past agm's. There have been suggestions it is used to subsidise another club or a convention. Club Finances - This will depend on the choice of venue, we need an update of exactly what money is available. Running events(raffles etc) - not the convention, do we need them, why and who will do them Convention - I have asked Death Jester to provide an agenda item for this I will add to it if required Forum terms of use Text message notifications Club Advertising Games with Spaces Anything else? |

Not a proper point but at the end can we have a quick floor for anyone planning a game. Teflon mentioned in the Dark Heresy thread the idea of that GM mentioning their game then and I thought it'd be nice to give people a chance to advertise when they have the whole clubs attention should they choose. | ||

Might be worth considering a yahoo or google group, If people think they'd be able to check e-mails but not the forum. | ||

I think the point about mentioning games with spaces is a very important one and should be given a more than 'only if its quick' | ||

Was that you Tess as well or was that your boyfriend posing as you posing as him? All is really like out of this EGM is all the voting and discussing over and done with for a while. I'd like to either start setting up a game or taking part in one without losing the first hour or so of the session every week. (No blame directed at chair and vice, know a fair amount of it couldn't be avoided). |

I have only just gotten back online after a long period of disconnection so I wont be able to give any kind of information on a potential con. I just haven't been able to make the enquiries I would have wanted, thanks to having no internet my work had become alot harder to do and absorbed too much time.
I will try and get some stuff together but I don't think there will be enough. As for GMs looking for players, no reason why they can't say something, it's kind of the point of the club afterall. |
