Darth maul-
4x Halloween horns and Red & Black facepaint. (simplify the design a bit to make it easier)
Big black cloak/coat with hood (Or make one somehow). Black clothing for everything else. Cardboard tube for light sabre (painted/tinfoiled)
borrowed(?)White tanktop and tight trousers and cardboard writs band and purple spray dye hair Leela from futurama
Stick a big sign on your back saying 'I've eaten the real Tessa and am now wearing her form'.
Dye your hair black and white, white facepaint. cover yourself in bandages and a big white skirt and go as ella lanchester's bride of frankenstien
Get a refridgerator box from currys or something, paint it black- obelisk from 2001
Make and bake out of green fimo a pea pod, attache to t shirt like a lapel badge, tee shirt reads: 'Beware- Body Snatcher'.
That nylon trek red shirt thing with dark trousers and green body paint- orion comms officer girl.
Red Shirt, beige trousers, browncoat and toy flintlock sprayed gun metal and holstered in an extra belt- Mal Reynolds?
Blue medical gloves and a suit?
Suit and shades and wire from ear- Matrix agent?
Tee shirt that reads Aiiiiiieeeeeeeeee!. Explain that you're the Wilhelm Scream.

Instead of Aiiiiiieeeeeeeeee! you could go Aye-yi-yi-yi-yi! and go as Alpha 5 from Power Rangers just need a red top and make a helmet and body pannels with gold or yellow coloured card
or
get a tube of clear colourless plastic (or a sheet that you can roll into a tube) big enough to fit around your head, then white out your face and hair with face paints/talc and put tube over your head, et voila Zordon!

I actually have some plastic for that if you want.
ETA: I also have black, white and UV facepaint, now I think on it.
