Help needed 4th SeptemberI am moving house on sat the 4th of September and could do with a few extra bodies to help shift all of my crap. I'm getting a van in the morning and hopefully everything will be shifted over by early afternoon. Anyone who isnt going to the Dave Gorman thingy spare a couple of hours? Food and Drink will be provided.

Boo - I hadn't realised (not twigged in my head) that it clashed with London. And I so wanted to be there to help and provide you with tea / coffee and a meal that evening, as you'd have just moved...

Not necessarily into my new house:( I have to be out of my flat on that weekend, it may end up being moving all my stuff into storage. At least the seller cant mess me around any more, its all up to my bank now. I'm giving it 50/50 that I get the house before India.

What exactly do you need help with and at what time.
I may be in a competition at Gamesworkshop for a few hours, but other than that I expect to be free on the 4th, thought I'm not sure how much use I would actually be (no car etc)

Lifting and carrying lots of heavy stuff mostly, will be getting a van so no car needed but you will need to be able to get to saltney to start with, wont have time to pick people up.

Well it looks like I will be able to move into my house  Im planning on picking the van up the earliest I can, before 9 if I can as I have a skip run to do as well. Anyone who can make it meet at my flat at 10ish to start loading there will be someone here even if I am not.
Anyone know a good van hire place?

It turns out that I too am moving house this month and as such need to save money for the move. This means that I won't be able to afford to go to London this weekend. No worry. I means I am freed up for helping you pack and transport stuff!
I may not be able to make it for 10am - because I don't think I'll be in Chester Saturday morning, but certainly will be around for helping unpack no problem!

Im losing internet today so will only be able to check forum when in work from now on. I am picking the van up early and doing a skip run, first, could do with someone here early(8:30 ish) id anyone is an early riser. THe real packing will start about 10
Im buying Chinese or curry at the other end if anyone is interested.
