The main job of the assistant treasurer has been to hold an emergency fund of £50 separate from the treasurer.
I believe this is still a good idea. However, I do not believe a committee position is required for this job. I propose that the £50 is entrusted to one of the committee members listed above. { Ian, Robin, I recall discussing handover of the £50 but I believe I still have it. Do you agree that this is the case? } |

THe plan has been to put it in a bank account with 2 signatures required. However we have not managed to get me and Tess in the same place at the same time on a sat for the past 2 months and there's no point now. Its up to the new committee but I imagine a bank account will be the easiest and safest. |
