Large Room to Rent on the Outskirts of Hawarden from August 1st!

The room is 4m by 3.5m with a built in cupboard, a T.V ariel and a telephone connection, and meadow views. It is the biggest room in a 3 bed semi-detached house shared with 1 other housemate.

The house has allocated parking directly outside and a large garden backing onto a meadow, then a field beyond that. It is part of a quiet, friendly managed estate in a beautiful area. The house is furnished but I would be happy to make room for extra furniture within reason.

By car it is 3 minutes to Broughton Retail Park and Queensferry 24hr Asda and 20 minutes max to Chester and Ellesmere Port.
There is a bus stop two houses away with regular buses to Chester and Deeside for those who do not drive.

I’m looking for someone who is laid back and friendly, and happy to live with a cat.

Rent is £450 per month which will cover all bills including council tax, telephone and broadband.
