Four brave members of the Children of Fides went to the gathering 2006 but sadly only two returned. Before the children were lost they fought bravely and here i will talk of their achievments.
The children were welcomed into the green compony, one of the largest groups of the dragons. All the children fought bravely on the front line along side such other factions as the gryphons and the Lions when the trannys and the vipers attaked the dragons camp, such allys rallied to help the dragons because the trannys and the vipers had worked to gether to roll all of these other factions earlier in the weekend. The dragons succesfully held the trannys nd vipers off untill the allys cud cum and help them wich apsolutly battered them. When the trannys nd vipers fled to there camps they were confronted by the bears who the trannys had earlier rolled. After this the children were part of the force that marched to the enemys camps and repaid them for what they had done.
The children also found themselves in the shield wall trying to get into the harts camp after being given very bad orders. All that can be sed about that attack is that it was a suicide mission.
next day The children were also put on the front line in a battle that had no fighting involved as the dragons were concerned but they did however do what they needed to do and succesfully completed the mission, the children were however part of an impresive shield wall that started an impresive argument between the troll comander and the Dwarf king of burfower (nt spelt rite).
Later on that day ishmarie and Trinad were responsible for alerting the dragon faction about the void gates that had opened infront of the lions camp. Unfortinutly the gate had allready closed by time the dragons got there and it looked like no fighting wud be done by the dragons on that day. The children then went to meet their freinds the pol in the lions camp. This is where Artimus put an axe to Ardeth the drows neck (a high ranked warrior) this was done as a joke oc but we wer infact ic so thereforeit had to be delt with.
The children took it upon themselves toguard the abasador to the lions safely bak to camp. whilst guarding him they met there freind Rhogan who was taken bak to camp to show him the dragons hospitality. Whilst at camp the dragons were attacked by a void gate so the dragons got there fight in the end. The children were part of an impresive shield wall and were noticed by a few members of the quiche and i quote

(the guy sed CENSORED alot) It was this night where young Artimus was made acting gate captain. He was congratulated on doing a fine job oc but was shouted at ic but then gt let off due to being given bad orders.
A then pissed Artimus walked into the command tent and told about the incedent with Ardeth earlier that day, infront of the lions queen.(this then spread like a rumour and infact became known that artimas had infact beat ardeth in a fight) He then pesisted to tell the god king he cud have him in a fight. (joss was complimented on his role playing in this situation.) (PISSED!!!)
Artimas awoke with a sore head and to reality of what had happened the night b4. It seemed the rumour had got around that he had beat ardeth in a fight and had claimed he could have any one with two weapons in a fight. He had also challenged the god king to a fight. Artimas then persisted to CENSORED himself and was also told he would be stripped of his children of fides atire when fighting the god king.. Sadly Artimas was overlooked by the god king and i didnt get to see him get his arse kiked wich was a shame.
as it was the cataclysm the final battle saw lots of monsters comning out of void gates. It also ment alot of deaths were certain. Trinad was sadly dropped and the dragged into a void gate. Artimas with drew from the battle as he got a nasty hit to the head nd got hurt. Ishmarie sadly got dropped in the crush wall and ended up on the other side of the monsters and sadly bled to death on the battle field. (let it be known that it was one of the longest ten minutes of my life nd i had to just lay there doing nothing) But both brothers died heroic deaths and will be remembered. That then ment that Trabus was the only child still standing on the battle field at the end.

Erin Sarda Ebonflame and her brother Bron Sarda both survived the cataclysm relatively in tact (only got dropped ONCE! while saving the Lions High Ritualist). The Protectors of Lantia also suffered no losses (ironic eh? the biggest bloody void gate of them all and none of us cop it! Just gotta watch the little ones as per usual!).
Tensions between Ardeth and the Sarda family came to a head several times that weekend.
1: A demonic looking entity (which was actually human!) came to have a 'word/go at' Erin and after a short conversation and the reclaimation of some swords, then marched back out of the camp again.
2: When I OOC tied Fozz to a chair and sold him to a passing fae who was IC for one stel (yes, money crossed hands). Nearly got arrested and executed. Whoops.
3: When Ardeth called Erin a coward and nearly got an axe stuck in his head by Bron.
A few sketchy moments also had when the Trannies invaded our camp. Erin and Bron were left having to hold their own on a flank against 6 foes. Needless to say, we fell. However, in falling first I then got Gav backing up, tripping over me and falling on me. Thanks Bro
Lots of fun in rituals Bron got fatalled to the ass because he backed into the Dragon after rushing into the circle to the aid of his sister who was unconscious and bleeding from some nasty head injuries attained when that damn seal was lowered. We still haven't let him forget he was molested by a dragon *cackle*
We did our usual trick of making people kak themselves at the sight of Bron carrying an unconscious and exhausted Erin out of the ritual circle.
AND yet again it was heinously difficult for me to be ladylike and refined all weekend and wear a skirt.
And yes, whenever entering my tent I did fall into it. I rule so hard.
Apart from that, all is fine Looking forward to the Heartland Games and wotnot again next year! I'll add things to this as I remember funny things! Or moments of outstanding roleplay...or cool stuff
