Ok firstly everyone should have the colours. Sashes for merceneries and surcoats for the actual children.
The hand of Phedes should be seen on everyone.
All shield users should have the white hand shields.

I think thats all we need the rest should be up to the player. Agreed?
Also all characters are required to have healing. Except mike who is special.

All children should have magical healing in some form, incanters can heal.

Head protection of some form, padded coif at the minimum, for combat characters. We dont want to be constantly picking people up.

i think they should need to have actual healing. Fits with the story i told round the camp fire. Mike is special as he wasnt born in Leabarn.

as for headgear, i'm after one of those leather beastkin helmets from the vendors this year. now that my light armor is all fancey like (now counts as medium   )
