Hey everyone, my name is richard and iv just come back from uni where i am used to playing all manner of RPGs as well as CCGs. Im really looking for somewhere where i can play Magic the gathering around here as well as possibly some Role playing games. how many people at this club play Magic?
May well turn up this monday, if there is anything i should be made aware let me know XD

A couple of us play magic, but not mormally at the club. It's generally just RPGs and Board Games, not CCGs, although you may be able to persuade some of us to play a couple of times, it's not something many people here do, unfortunately. Those of us who do play Magic generally have older cards as we haven't kept up with the new expansions (or at least, that's mine and Matt's situation). I might be up for Magic occiasionally, if I'm not in a RPG and have warning so I can sort my deck beforehand  

It'd be good to come along anyway and see if you would enjoy it as it is. It's always good to see a new face!

I've got some really old stuff, but I've been out of the game for ages. I know the uni rpg crew does magic games from time to time if you want to try to get in touch with them.
If you're after rpgs, the group I was running is due to be starting something this week or next, so I'm sure there'll be something to join in.

lol cool well i think ill come along and have a look . always good to find more gaming places. if any of ye do know of anywhere local ish that does play regular Magic let me know. failing that, ill see ye on monday

I think if you come along and ask you'll find magic players at the club, especially earlier on in the night.
