We will need to have numbers and deposit(Probably £10-12) in mid august so I can book 1st September. Other deadlines will be announed here when they announce their deadlines, last years cost was in the region of £40 in total plus traveling.
Prices are per lodge booked not per person. I will give a total price to everyone and this will be divided between the total people going, I will give guide prices when we know them. Unlike last year I am going to be very strict on this, if you dont have the money to me by the deadline I set you will not be going I dont have the cash to subsidise people for this as I had to do last time.

I dont know what I'll be doing for certain in january, but I am interested (and willing to commit more importantly - I figure if I cant make it someone else might be interested in buying my place for reduced price or something, if not then not that great of a loss).
I do have a friend who is interested in going to a con, but he cant commit (so less useful on that front).
THis didn't show as unread, for whatever reason, so I didn't post earlier. We are very interested. If finances stay as they are now, we shouldn't have a problem paying either. Looking at the conception website, it seems to imply if you click on the booking link that you can reserve places now - it's just the final price isn't decided yet, but the deposit is a flat £50, from what I can see. Only I can't see a link to the booking form, so maybe it isn't live yet. Was this the same last year? _________________ If in danger or in doubt,

I am of course interested. Just currently working finances out and such but I will have the deposit and such in time. Am I assuming we are taking 7 people then?
Gareth and Catrina are bringing 4 in total, 11 is a crap number. 5 bed lodges are 10 people. They are happy to sort themselves out if neccessary, so I think its gonna be a 4 bed lodge(8 people) and a chalet for 4 people.
Apparently prices are the same as last year, we have to raise a £50 deposit for around the 1st of August if we just take the one lodge.
I have to reserve the lodge in 8 days
