in store gaming is cool... but try not to set up evening stuff. This is probably the best games club ive ever been too (and ive been to a few around the UK) and I'd hate to see folks making a choice between monday nights at the club and wednesday night at your shop.
I have to respectfully disagree, obviously it would make sense not to organise things on a monday as thats when the club runs but there may be dozens of people that don't attend that club and have no interest in doing so that would however be interested in a particular event on a monday at the store, you also have to take in to account that teens may be given permission to go to a business/store for events but not to a 'club' in a random pub etc as its deemed safer.
I know personally as a young teen I was given permission by the rents to go to Games Workshop to game at will but if I said I was going to a club at a pub to game they would of probably not liked the idea and my perants where not strict or paranoid about my where abouts in the slightest however many wouldn't feel the same...
Also you never know if the store does well it could eventually become the official location for the monday night game club!

I was gaming in a games shop yesterday, and the atmosphere was very different to the club. Apart from the two tables of pre-arranged RPGs, it was all students (or those of near-student age) playing MTG or similar.
I personally wouldn't be worried about cannibalisation, in either the literal or metaphorical sense.
