Right when do people want the social to be?

It will be in the Forest House as its cheap and easy, menus are available there if your not sure.  I have not consulted the management yet, so these dates are provisional.

I would like it on a weekend if possible but am putting extra options in.  I was going to add a poll but there are too many options.  What dates/days do people want and any specific dates dont you want.

Ill start with the weekend 19th to 21st of November as its Nerdcon.

Ian

Apart from nerdcon, I am free for any weekend.  Saturday would be my day of preference, and my favourite two dates are the 3rd and 17th of December

If we can get it booked then a friday or saturday in December would be great. I don't mind if we have to have end of November though.

Other than Nerdcon the only thing I have that would interfere for me is my works do, which I don't have a date for either but it'll be a Friday so I'd prefer a Saturday.

What do people think to sat 3rd of December?

There is a rock night on in Flookers for those who want to carry on later
