I'm looking to run this as the GM/judge/moderator, rather than as a player.  This makes life significantly easier for newer players, and I can also add some flavour text (although, not much, i assume Smile)

I think we've still got 7, as Alex expressed an interest at the club - Steph, can you check if he's interested?

Is everyone who's interested going to be at the club on Monday?  I can do a short session explaining the rules.  What time would be best for people?

In terms of mechanics, I see this running as a turn a week, with orders emailed to me on a particular day (TBD), and me posting the results here.  Paz - is there a limit on image size I can post?  I'd like to put some reasonably-sized maps on.

I plan to be, although I'm in a game that Mike's running. We should finish the RPG at 22:10ish; how long would you expect the rules session to last? I could really do with a refresher.

Not that I'm aware of.

Alternatively you can upload them somewhere else (e.g. your personal gallery on BoardGameGeek) and link to the image.

I expect a rules explanation could take 15-30 minutes, depending on how in-depth it gets!

One of the advantages of a human judge, is that I can explain to people if they submit an invalid move, answer rules questions, etc.

Fore Warning.

I'm probably going to loose reliable access to the internet for a few weeks so may take me some time between when I can read messages. I will ensure I get orders in on time, but maybe not as chatty as previous.
