All that is true but what got in the way before is the very small gaps between blocks. In fact i think it was just alot of sandwiches and one or two meals.

Thats too nice, I was planning on force feeding him, you never know he may turn out to like them.

We only need to do one or two trips. If we just do a shopping list and whoever gets chance goes buys the stuff and leaves the recipt. Games sometimes finish early giving people time to go run out there.  itsl probably worth doing a supermarket the night before we go for milk, snacks, fruit etc to last the first few days.

If everyone takes a few days worth of supplies for themselves and we do a group shopping list I can pick it up if people will give me money back at the event.

Can see this being a problem, theoretically, but Matt and I do not plan on spending every single slot playing a game - some of them we plan to relax, and therefore may well have time to cook before you all finish your games. When we have decided what games we want to play (I'm assuming there will be a list available at the beginning so we can register / plan) we can arrange when meals would be best.

Games go up 2/3 sessions before so you cant plan that far in advance. Sometimes you wont see anything you fancy. Sometimes you just feel like you need a break.

Then we will plan at the beginning of each day.
