Because of, or perhaps despite, many negotiations behind closed doors, Europe remained peaceful this Spring. Although the major European powers all mobilized their forces, there was not a single conflict

The orders this season were:

Austria: A Vienna - Trieste.
Austria: F Trieste - Adriatic Sea.
Austria: A Budapest - Serbia.
England: F London - North Sea.
England: A Liverpool - Edinburgh.
England: F Edinburgh - Norwegian Sea.
France: A Paris - Picardy.
France: A Marseilles Hold.
France: F Brest - Mid-Atlantic Ocean.
Germany: A Munich - Ruhr.
Germany: F Kiel - Denmark.
Germany: A Berlin - Kiel.
Italy: A Venice - Tyrolia.
Italy: A Rome - Venice.
Italy: F Naples - Ionian Sea.
Russia: A Warsaw Hold.
Russia: F St. Petersburg (South Coast) - Gulf of Bothnia.
Russia: F Sevastopol - Rumania.
Russia: A Moscow - Ukraine.
Turkey: A Smyrna - Constantinople.
Turkey: A Constantinople - Bulgaria.
Turkey: F Ankara - Black Sea.

Please submit your orders by midday Wednesday 1st February 2012.

Ideally you should consider retreats, and order any retreats conditionally on the move orders or situation, eg:
If my army in FOO is dislodged, retreat to BAR if possible, or to BAZ if my fleet in QUO is also dislodged.
Remember, you may choose to retreat off the board.

If there are unordered retreats, I will _try_ to PM you for them, but I can't guarantee it.

Also, as this is Autumn, you will (hopefully) have some build orders. You should submit these with your main orders, conditional on the move/retreat. You could, for example say:
If I get 1 build, build A FOO
If I get 2, and person is in BAR, build F FOO and A BAZ

IF YOU DO NOT SUBMIT BUILD ORDERS, THEN YOU WON'T GET THE BUILDS! So please remember!
